A great experience all around! Enjoyed the tour of El Fuerte, very scenic, excellent food and service. Would be five stars except we bought three bottles of the Zorro tequila to have them ship to us in the U.S. . After waiting an appropriate amount of time after returning and no tequila we called and was told they could not ship to the U.S.. Now months later we are still trying to be reimbursed. Recommend taking the tequila with you if you want to take it back to the states.

I only stayed here 1 night but I would stay here again. The grounds are beautiful with plenty of picture spots. Room was normal size with a nice bathroom. Excellent restaurant staff. The hotel is family friendly and has a pool. The front desk staff were very help in helping me change one of my reservations and also coordinated an excellent private driver to Los Mochis for me. The hotel is located a short distance from the main plaza and has shopping and restaurants near by. Perfectly safe so feel free to walk around at night. Plenty of people around. Warning: the mosquitos/biting bugs are no joke in this city. Apply repellent the second you arrive downtown and take Benadryl cream with you. One of the 4 Baldarama hotels I stayed at on this trip. All were excellent.

La comida es buena, pero muy cara. El show del zorro está muy sobrevalorado. A pesar de que nuestro hospedaje fue corto, nos fue muy grato, la habitación estaba en excelentes condiciones, muy cómoda. Dejan que desear respecto a la atención al cliente en el área de la recepción. El mesero Paul muy amable y nos brindó una muy buena atención y los maleteros también súper amables. El servicio de transporte del hotel también excelente servicio por parte del chófer.
